The Legal Division may also provide some direction to the public regarding Georgia laws and regulations for insurance, industrial loan, and safety fire. However, the Legal Division is not authorized to provide a binding legal opinion or legal advice to the public. The Legal Division’s functions can be found in the Quick Link to the left.
