Region 7 Participates in HUD’s Annual Point-in-Time Count

The Point-in-Time Count is a nationwide annual count of homeless individuals and families. On a single night in January, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires that care providers conduct an annual count of the homeless who are living outdoors, in emergency shelters, transitional housing, and safe houses.
