If you have questions about a possible Immigration and Customs Enforcement (I.C.E.) raid or enforcement action, please contact Congressman Huffman’s staff. Although ICE will not provide advance notification to us, we can confirm whether ICE activity is occurring or has already happened in the area. 

In addition, please consider filling out an advance authorization form so that Congressman Huffman's staff can check on you, in case you have been arrested or detained, and advocate for you. As part of an emergency preparedness plan, you can fill out this form and leave it with a trusted relative or friend, so our staff can quickly collect important information on an individual’s status.

If you, or someone you know, has a pending immigration cases, please fill out this form so that our office is able check on case status and offer assistance with processing. Keep in mind, in cases of emergency, such as a lost passport or a family illness, we can request expedited assistance.
