Washington, DC – December 6, 2018….Congressman Steve Womack (AR-3) released the following statement after the Senate passed the REAL ID Act Modification for Freely Associated States, legislation he cosponsored and helped pass in the House. The legislation reforms current law to allow the Marshallese and other citizens of Freely Associated States to obtain a permanent driver's license or personal identification card.
