Flag Order Form

If you would like to order a U.S. flag from my office, please use this flag order form to calculate the price and shipping costs.

If you choose to pay with a credit card, the form will take you to Pay.gov for order completion. Pay.gov is a website operated by the U.S. Treasury for secure online payments to the federal government. If you choose to pay with a check, you will have the option to print the completed form and mail to my office with your check.

You will also have the option to request that a purchased flag be flown over the Capitol. Please note, that a flag certificate is only included for flags flown over the Capitol. Click on the link below for the official flag order form:

Care of the Flag

Most outdoor flags can be washed in mild detergent and thoroughly rinsed. Indoor and parade flags should be dry-cleaned. Damaged flags can be repaired and utilized as long as the overall dimensions are not noticeably altered. American Legion Posts and local governments often have facilities to dispose of unserviceable flags. Store your flag in a clean, well ventilated area.
