ABOUT THE 7th DISTRICTThe 7th Congressional District includes the cities of Chelsea, Everett, Randolph, and Somerville, approximately 70% of Boston, about 50% each of Cambridge and Milton. It is an ethnically diverse and geographically compact area. Long time residents share their neighborhoods with newly-arrived immigrants and students. The district's neighborhoods exude an abundance of charm, and those interested in architecture or history will be impressed with the area's housing stock, which ranges from turn-of-the century apartment buildings, to rambling Victorians, colonials and multi-family dwellings. There is truly something for everyone in this, one of the nation's most diverse congressional districts. MapsA look at the present geographical boundaries of the District and other maps.
