Our office can submit a tour request to the White House for a self-guided tour of the ceremonial rooms and the East Wing. Unfortunately, due to high demand, the White House only approves a small percentage of tours. The White House schedules tours on a first-come, first-serve basis so we recommend requesting as many dates as possible, as early as possible. We cannot request a particular time, but we can rank dates in order of preference.
You may submit your request up to three months in advance, but no later than 3 weeks prior to your desired tour dates . The White House schedules tours approximately two weeks before the requested date so please keep that in mind when planning your trip.
Tours Times: 7:30 am – 11:30 am, Tuesday – Thursday, and 7:30 am – 1:30 pm, Fridays and Saturdays. No tours are offered on Sunday and Monday. Certain dates, such as federal holidays, are excluded, and all tours are subject to last-minute cancellation.
