Health Care
I want to see health care reform implemented, but the Patient Protection Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) is not the solution. This has been one of my top legislative priorities. As you know, Obamacare is anything but affordable. This legislation has placed an incredible burden on hard working Americans, most of whom are employed by small businesses. I am a firm believer that when there is more competition in the marketplace, and consequently more choice, individuals can find coverage that better aligns with their needs and their budget. What we need is more accountability, less government obstruction and red tape, and more freedom and health care options placed back into the hands of the American people.
