Washington, D.C. – U.S. Senator Mike Enzi, R-Wyo., Chairman of the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee, announced membership of the committee today. Enzi was formally elected Chairman Tuesday by the Senate Republican Conference.

"I am looking forward to a very productive session with the HELP Committee. I want to build on the past successes of the committee as well as increase the involvement of the subcommittees," said Chairman Enzi. "I'm ready to roll up my sleeves and begin work with Senator Kennedy and other members across the aisle, the Administration and stakeholders in efforts to help to ensure that every child in America receives a quality education, provide Americans access to affordable, quality health care and protect workers and their pensions."
