Washington, D.C. – U.S. Sen. Mike Enzi, R-Wyo., expects to spend the Senate's March home work period with the Arapaho and Shoshone tribes and residents in Casper, Worland, Gillette, Sheridan and Wright.

Enzi is scheduled to speak at the Central Wyoming Council of the Boy Scouts of America luncheon at 12 p.m. on Saturday, March 13. The luncheon will take place at the Parkway Plaza in Casper.

Enzi plans to discuss housing and economic issues with tribal leaders as well as visit with the Arapaho and Shoshone Business Councils on Monday, March 15.

Enzi expects to meet with constituents and the Indian water board to discuss the Wind River Irrigation Project in the Rocky Mountain Hall at Ft. Washakie at 12 p.m. on Tuesday, March 16. He also intends to visit with the Joint Tribal Council on March 16.

Enzi plans to host a town meeting in Worland at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, March 16 at the Worland Elks Lodge. An ice cream social will immediately follow. All area residents are invited to attend.

Enzi expects to speak at the dedication of the National Weather Service's new NOAA Weather and All Hazards Radio transmitter that will serve the Gillette area. The event is set to take place at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 17 in the 2nd floor conference room of the Gillette City Hall.

Enzi intends to host a town meeting in Wright on Wednesday, March 17. The meeting will be held at 4:30 p.m. at the Wright Town Hall. An ice cream social will immediately follow. All area residents are invited to attend.

Enzi plans to speak at a No Child Left Behind (NCLB) event he is hosting with the Wyoming Department of Education at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 17. The event is set to take place in the Presentation Hall at the Gillette Campus of Sheridan College in Gillette. Enzi and the Wyoming Department of Education have arranged for the U.S. Department of Education to send experts to the state to explain what NCLB means for the state's educators and students.

Enzi plans to update Sheridan Rotary members about what is happening in Washington, D.C. at their lunch on Friday, March 19. The lunch will be held at 12 p.m. at the Old Sheridan Inn.
