Victor Davis Hanson, an author and speaker on Greek traditions and democratic ideals, is the luncheon speaker.

Leadership Wyoming is a nine-month program sponsored by The Wyoming Heritage Foundation and the University of Wyoming. It involves 40 Wyoming leaders from across the state with different professional backgrounds. All the leaders are committed to improvement in Wyoming. The class of 40 meets eight times during the year, usually two day sessions focusing on leadership training, issue awareness and trusteeship. This is the third class to graduate the program.

Enzi is proud to be involved in this year's ceremony and proud of all the graduates, particularly one – his son, Brad Enzi of Cheyenne.
