  6. Both chambers of Congress overwhelmingly support the CR passed by the Senate. Trump has decided he would rather shut down the government and cause 800K federal employees to go without pay during the holiday season. This is 100% on the President and GOP House leadership.

  17. In light of Russia news, it's worth noting black turnout declined in 2016 for 1st time in 20 yrs, falling to 59.6% after reaching record 66.6% in 2012. That 7-point decline is the largest on record for blacks. No. of black voters also fell by about 765,000
