Flag Order Form

If you would like to order a United States flag from my office, please use the online flag order form to calculate the price and shipping costs. If you prefer submitting the form through U.S. mail, please print the completed form and send it to my office with a check as payment. You can also request that a flag be flown over the Capitol and to have a certificate sent with it indicating the date that it was flown.

Please allow my office six to eight weeks to process your flag order request. If you have any questions, please contact Cooper Mullinax in my Washington office.

Care of the Flag

Store your flag in a clean, well-ventilated area. Most outdoor flags can be washed in mild detergent and thoroughly rinsed. Indoor and parade flags should be dry-cleaned. Damaged flags can be repaired and used as long as the overall dimensions are not noticeably altered. American Legion Posts and local governments often have facilities to dispose of unserviceable flags.
