For constituents who request help from a federal agency but do not receive an answer in a timely fashion or feel they have received unfair treatment, my office may be able to help resolve the issue. While this office cannot guarantee a favorable outcome in any interaction with an agency, my team is happy to help northeast Georgians receive fair and timely responses from federal agencies.
