Yoho (R-FL-03) and Congressman Kurt Schrader (D-OR-05), both veterinarians for more than 30 years and two of the only veterinarians currently in Congress, re-introduced H.R. 1847, the Prevent All Soring Tactics (PAST) Act. This bill will amend the Horse Protection Act of 1970, ending the abusive practice known as horse soring.
