POM-251. A resolution adopted by the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce, Jackson County, Mississippi memorializing its support for continued and increased exploration and production of the Gulf of Mexico energy resources and urging the United States Congress to keep its commitment under the Gulf of Mexico Energy Security Act to Share Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) revenues with Gulf producing states and their coastal political subdivisions; to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources.

A resolution adopted by the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, memorializing their support for a statewide ban on hydraulic fracturing, acid fracturing, and any form of extreme well stimulation for the purpose of resource extraction in the State of Florida; to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources.

POM-221. A resolution adopted by the City Council of South Portland, Maine memorializing its opposition to any plan or legislation that would open the coast of Maine to offshore drilling for gas and oil; to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources.

POM-209. A joint memorial adopted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho memorializing its opposition to any new federal national monument designations or further designations of wilderness in the State of Idaho without the approval of the United States Congress and the Idaho Legislature; to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources.

POM-208. A concurrent memorial adopted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona urging the United States Congress to reauthorize Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act funding; to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources.
