Last night, I voted to keep the government open and fund the desperately needed border wall. Sadly, thousands of American citizens are dead because of murders, vehicular homicides, and drug overdoses caused by illegal aliens and their related drug cartels that continue to flood across our porous border. Border walls have proven effective while past half-measures have failed. The cost of the border wall is paltry when you consider illegal aliens cost American taxpayers $116 billion every year. Those who oppose truly effective border security put Americans at risk for their political gain.
Appreciated the opportunity to keynote the Satellite Industry Association’s conference in Washington this week. The conference is a forum that brings together government leaders from Department of Defense, combatant commands, services, and agencies as well as commercial satellite industry operators, service providers, integrators, ground equipment suppliers, and manufacturers to discuss satellite communication topics of common interest. Thanks to the Satellite Industry Association for having me!
