They came, Mr. President. And in some way, all of us are there, even if we can’t be in person. #Remembering41

I’m one of them. I waited 3.5 hours in the cold with thousands of strangers to pay my respects. It was worth it.

I drove 11 hours from Chicago. Stood in line for 4 hours. Stayed in the rotunda for 25 minutes. I wouldn’t change anything for the world.

If we could just bottle doses of 41's precious, sincere humility and share it with others who so desperately need it...

Arguably the Greatest 1 term President we have ever had. And my favorite.

I wholeheartedly agree! He’s the most underrated President of our lifetime! He was my Commander in Chief when I served in the military! And he was a good, decent man!

3+ hours in low 40 temp. The line to get in was longer when I left at 8:30pmpic.twitter.com/hPD1uhh5gM

If l was even within a 1000 slight would be there. Not because I agreed with his politics, I didn't, but because I respected him as President.

If I wasn't out of town, I'd want to be there. 43 & Laura came by again.
Neil has come several times. Grief is a terrible thing to go thru alone!
Even when surrounded by everyone

They came, they saw, they honored. To me, it’s another sign of a humble, good man, to wonder aloud who will stand by him in the end. President Bush was a good and decent man and the number of people who came to pay their respects reflect a life well lived and well loved.
