Smith, Weber letter to United States Trade Representative Robert E. Lighthizer re: China

In the letter, Chairman Lamar Smith and Energy Subcommittee Chairman Randy Weber express concerns over the prevalent threat from China to valuable U.S. private and public R&D and technology. The Chairmen encourage the United States Trade Representative to maintain its careful investigation of China’s unfair policies and practices to ensure a level playing field that will benefit all Americans.
