On this day 227 years ago the Bill of Rights was ratified by Congress. The Bill of Rights established some of the important freedoms that define us as Americans to this day. I’m thankful for the wisdom and vision of our founding fathers to establish the first ten amendments to our Constitution to ensure we continue to enjoy these unalienable rights.
