    For some time I've been hearing from BK & QNs small businesses concerned enforcement of awning ordinances unfairly penalizes them. That's why 2 weeks ago I wrote to the Dept. of Buildings asking for a moratorium on fines and to request a meeting. My office will meet w/ DOB soon!

    It was my honor this morning to mark the dedication of the Mabel Lee Memorial Post Office. Dr. Lee was a pioneering figure whose life changing work is very much felt today here in Chinatown. Thank you to First Chinese Baptist Church for hosting this wonderful celebration.
