Everyone should read Def Sec Mattis' letter to @realDonaldTrump. Makes clear his view of this Administration's irresponsible foreign policy. And, it comes as the President is threatening a Gov't shut down. @GOP isn't governing. Thankfully Dems will have a House Majority in Jan.

The latest @GOP bill is a nonstarter & it has NO chance of enactment. Not only, does this bill fund @realDonaldTrump's stupid, offensive border wall, but it fails to provide nutritional assistance for Puerto Rico. I'm voting NO! Let's stop wasting time & work to keep gov't open!
