    From DHS: There are nearly 2,100 illegal entries a day at our southern border. Last year alone, 17,000 criminals were apprehended at the border, and DHS prevented 3,755 known or suspected terrorists from traveling to or entering the United States.

    If Democrats want to actually come to the table and present a different plan to deal with the crisis at our border, let’s hear it. But merely proposing and accepting the status quo is not a serious solution.

    It’s official- FEMA has confirmed they will continue allowing NFIP policies to be issued and existing policies to be renewed. We knew this was the right thing to do and appreciate the Trump Administration for reversing the initial flawed ruling.
