  4. My heart breaks to learn of the passing of 's Matt Tully. To me, Matt was Indiana’s most prominent political writer. We didn’t always agree, but I never questioned that Matt was doing his best to get the facts and communicate the truth as he saw it.

  10. I am heartbroken to learn of Charly Butcher’s passing. Charly always made you feel like more than a guest on his show, he made you feel like family. He was a fixture in Fort Wayne and I am praying for his loved ones and the entire team.

    House Passes Messer’s Bill To Extend Lewis & Clark National Historic Trail: Eastern Legacy Extension Act, extends trail approx. 1,200 miles recognizing historic route Lewis & Clark took along the OH River in PA, WV, OH, IN, KY, & IL as part of their expedition from 1804-1806.
