    The study concluded that current capital spending on interstates needs to grow to $45-70 billion annually over the next 20 years to renew and modernize the Interstate system. This HAS to be a priority for the Federal government.

    Yesterday, the Transportation Research Board released their mandated study on the future needs of Interstates. The consensus is clear--we need more Federal investment and a new vision for transportation.
