The site navigation utilize the arrow, enter, escape, and space bar keys. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand or close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and traverse through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu links.
Payments and Grants
This office provides oversight, monitoring and technical assistance to states and local election jurisdictions for HAVA funds. Formula grants include Requirements Payments to help states meet the requirements of Title III in HAVA, and the 2018 HAVA Election Security Grants to support election system upgrades to strengthen election security.

미국 선거 관리위원회(EAC)는 2002년도 미국 선거 지원법(HAVA)에 의해 설립되었습니다. 미국 선거 관리위원회(EAC)는 독립적이고 초당파적인 위원회로 미국 선거 지원법(HAVA) 요건에 맞는 지침서를 개발하며, 자율 투표 시스템 가이드라인을 채택하고, 선거집행 안내에 대한국가 정보센터로서의 역할을 하고 있습니다. EAC는 또한 HAVA 기금 사용의감사를 비롯해시험 연구소 승인 및 투표 시스템 인증을 담당하고 있습니다.
그 밖에도1993년 전국 유권자 등록법에 따라 개발된전국 우편 유권자 등록 양식을 보존하는 책임을 지고 있습니다.
HAVA는 EAC를 자문하는표준위원회와자문위원회를 설립하였습니다. 이 법은자율 투표 시스템 가이드라인의 개발과 관련하여 EAC를 지원하는기술 가이드라인 개발위원회도 설립하였습니다.
선거위원회는 상원을 통해 인준되고 대통령에 의해 지명된 4명의 EAC 위원위원으로 구성됩니다. EAC는 정기적으로 HAVA 진행사항이나 관련된 이슈에 대한 발표는 물론 국회에 연차 보고서를 제출하도록 규정되어 있습니다. 또한, 위원회는 자체 진행사항이나 활동을 대중에게 안내하는 공개 모임이나 청문회도 개최합니다.
