Service fees associated with online payments will be passed on to you in the form of an additional fee by the online vendor. The fee will be disclosed to you when you confirm the payment.

Service fees apply to each online sewer payment processed. The fee for a payment made with a credit card will be displayed before you confirm your payment. If you choose to pay via electronic debit from your checking account (eCheck), the fee is $3.50. Electronic debits must be drawn on U.S. banks only; non-U.S. banks are not allowed.

Returned Payments: If your electronic check or credit card payment is returned or disputed for any reason you are responsible for the full amount of the payment (including the service fees). Such fees include but are not limited to a return check fee not to exceed $25.00. Fees for canceled or rejected credit card transactions will also be charged.
