When an App exits the Initial Operating Capability (IOC) Field Test, it is ready for release. The Release offices execute deployment and initiate the Sustainment Plan. The VA App partnership is currently updating and streamlining the process for releasing VA Apps. We will be updating this section regularly as these processes are finalized.
