Loans for Low-Income Rural Home Owners

Saving money for a home expense

This new program will provide deferred loans up to $40,000 to rural, low-income households that need repairs and improvements on their primary residence for health, safety or durability. Homeowners earning up to 200 percent of the federal poverty level are eligible.
