Certified Economic Development Organizations

A network of nonprofit economic development organizations, known as CEDOs, partner with the Department of Community and Economic Development to administer the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority (PIDA) and First Industries (FIF) loan programs. If interested in submitting a PIDA or FIF loan application, please contact a Certified Economic Development Organization (CEDO) that serves the county your business is located in. The CEDO will discuss with you in detail how the application process works and will assist your business with packaging the loan application.
