Welcome!

Welcome to GoHunt, the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife's (WDFW) most comprehensive mapping information site. Display options include layers displaying game management unit (GMU) boundaries, public and private lands hunting opportunities, as well as roads, topographical features and county lines. Based on input provided by users, the mapping tools have been simplified and improved to make this site easier to use while still providing the information that you need to get outdoors.

New! Explore Hunting Regulations in a Webmap!

WDFW has developed a new webmap that you can use to explore Big Game, Small Game, Upland Game, and Migratory Waterfowl hunting regulations in a browser-based web application - the WDFW Hunt Regulations Webmap!

  • Find permit and general season hunts
  • Search using criteria such as season, location, weapon type and more
  • Review specific hunt notes, Private Lands Hunting Opportunities and more

This new webmap provides nearly all the same information and functionality as GoHunt and WDFW is undergoing efforts to merge these into a single "Hunt Washington" web portal, that will provide all hunting related data in a single location, by the 2019/2020 hunt year.
