Cut Flowers

Cut flowers may enter the United States from foreign countries, provided they meet certain entry requirements. Cut flowers must be presented for inspection to ensure they meet all import requirements and are free from harmful plant pests and diseases.

If the CBP agricultural specialist or officer finds harmful plant pests or diseases on your cut flowers, or if they do not meet entry requirements, your cut flowers will be refused entry. In addition, some cut flowers may have to meet additional requirements for entry into the United States if they are associated with regulations for fruits and vegetables, plants for planting, or endangered species
