Data Collection and Reports

The Real Property Policy Division is responsible for facilitating the collection of data from executive branch agencies, as required to meet the goals of Administrative initiatives, and included in these efforts is:

• Real Property Data submitted to the Federal Real Property Profile Management System (FRPP MS), in accordance with Executive Order 13327, “Federal Real Property Asset Management” and the Federal Asset Sales and Transfer Act of 2016. This data is summarized on an annual basis and made available to the public in the FRPP Summary Report Library. The detailed level FRPP data can be accessed at the FRPP public data set.
• Personnel Data for assets predominantly used as office space. This data is required to implement the square foot per person metric under the Presidential Management Agenda (PMA). Federal agencies can see the results of their PMA metrics on GSA’s website, link here.
