Posted Stockyard Tariffs

** Legend: Red text indicates that a Tariff Letter is not required for the facility. **

Each stockyard owner and market agency operating at a posted stockyard must file with the USDA AMS Packers and Stockyards Division a schedule of rates and charges, or tariff, and must post the schedule at the stockyard. Each tariff must include a description of the stockyard services rendered, the stockyard at which it applies, the name and address of the stockyard owner or market agency, the kind of livestock covered, and any rules or regulations that may affect any rate or charge. If applicable, the tariff also must include feed charges, if any, and charges for professional veterinary service rendered. To see the tariffs in effect for facilities in your area, please select your state from the drop down menu to the left.
