Outage of Fees for Services due to Fiscal Year-end Closeout
Due to fiscal year-end closeout, the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) will disable the Fees for Services Refund Request Form from 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Friday, September 14, 2018, to 9:00 a.m. Monday, October 1, 2018.
In addition, BOEM will disable the Pay.gov Application forms from 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Friday, September 21, 2018, to 9:00 a.m. to Monday, October 1, 2018. September 21st is the final day for accepting payments.

Effective June 1, 2015 the U.S. Treasury has changed the Credit Card payment limit from $49,999.99 to $24,999.99 for Pay.gov payments.The ACH (electronic check) remittance is to be used for payments greater than $24,999.99.
