This site is designed to provide information and assistance to residents, contractors, and those looking to become a licensed contractor. If you need to visit us in person, our offices our located on the second floor of the County Administration building at: The Contractor Applications are available on-line for your convenience. The Contractor Licensing staff investigates all unlicensed contractor complaints. All buildings with permit violations and construction site violations should be reported to staff. We also license Motor Carriers (taxi cabs, limousines, and shuttle services). These businesses all require a Motor Carriers License (Apply here). For all State Certified Contractors who would like to register their State License with St. Lucie County, please complete the Filing of State Certified Contractors form. |
