Archive of Final NIAID ARRA Paylines for FY 2009
The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) stimulated the growth and recovery of the U. S. economy. ARRA gave $1.12 billion to NIAID above its regular appropriation for biomedical research in fiscal years 2009 and 2010.
