Just-in-Time Process to Release Funds

When a project is selected for possible funding by the VA, it will be entered into the JIT document management website for processing of the documents that must be submitted to ORD Just-in-Time. All submission of documents is handled by designated institutional research administrators; the website currently does not allow direct access by investigators. Investigators who have been notified that Just-in-Time document submission is needed are advised to prepare the relevant documents for submission to the local oversight committees (for example, R&D;, IRB, IACUC, etc.), and to consult with their local research administrators for further details about submission of the locally approved document to ORD.
