This study is designed to determine the usefulness of specific dietary changes and behavioral interventions in managing Type 1 diabetes. Specifically, the program teaches an emphasis on more fruits, vegetables, whole grains and other whole foods with a low glycemic index, plus proper preparation. - Evaluation of Patients with Endocrine-Related Conditions
