Fees for Services

Due to fiscal year-end closeout, the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) will disable the electronic Fees for Services Refund Request Form from 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Friday, September 14, 2018, to 9:00 a.m. Monday, October 1, 2018.

In addition, BSEE will disable Pay.Gov forms and payment options for eWell, Disc Media Store, and Public Information Ordering System from 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Friday, September 21, 2018, to 9:00 a.m. Monday, October 1, 2018. Accordingly, September 21, 2018 is the final day for accepting payments in Fiscal year 2018.

NOTE:

  •  Effective June 1, 2015 the U.S. Treasury has changed the Credit Card payment limit from $49,999.99 to $24,999.99 for Paygov payments. The ACH (electronic check) remittance is to be used for payments greater than $24,999.99.
