Update Medic Profile
Medics needing to update their address, phone number, and email address on file can do so by using our Update Medic Profile link. Note: Ensure you have a valid email address on file in order to receive communication emails from us.
Renew EMS License
Effective October 1, 2018, all individuals EMS licensees with a license expiring on 3/31/2019 can begin renewing their license either online or by paper application. Renew EMS License
Print License Renewal Receipt
Medics can re-print a copy of their license renewal receipt.
Personnel Information Change Form
Medics needing to submit a name change or to correct errors with social security numbers or date of birth need to complete and submit a Personnel Information Change Form. Please provide a copy of legal documentation if your name has changed due to marriage, divorce, legal action, etc.
Georgia EMS Personnel License Verification
Application status can be checked after 5-10 business days from the date your application has been received. Click on the following link to check your license status Personnel License Verification.
Note: You will need to enter the new license number format "A000000" under the license number box.
SENDSS Student Portal
Students can login to the SENDSS portal to manage the course and student information.
