Following a request for ATC applications in summer 2018, the Department selected six applicants to continue the ATC approval process in December 2018.
The Department has added five new categories of debilitating conditions effective March 27, 2018, which will expand the number of patients eligible to participate in the Medicinal Marijuana Program.
