  Data is reported here for all applications for grants, fellowships, training awards, and cooperative agreements that went through NIH initial peer review meetings with start dates between October 1st and September 30th of the respective fiscal year. Applications change status frequently in our data systems due to withdrawals, deferrals, and other administrative actions. Therefore, OER draws down review data in mid-October for the previous year. Data for FY 2011 and FY 2012 were re-analyzed at that time and in some cases corrected for this year’s report.
  
  This report does not include:

  • reviewers or review meetings for the NIH Loan Repayment Program, Research and Development (R&D;) contract proposals, NIH Advisory Council/Board meetings, Boards of Scientific Counselors meetings, or Program Advisory Committee meetings;
  • working group meetings that reported to a Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) review meeting.
