VA collects VA App feedback from three sources:
- VA Help Desk activity
- User Feedback from App Stores
- Metrics collected by the App and the Health Adapter
- Ensure that the metrics being collected are relevant to measuring the success of the VA App.
- Determine the source for the metric data and ensure a reporting mechanism exists and is easily accessible.
- Schedule regular meetings during the Sustainment period to review VA Help Desk logs and User feedback to adjust future release requirements, enhancements, and bug fixes.
The Product Owner and the Developer are encouraged to determine how to review and act on the feedback. For example:
