School Health Profiles

The School Health Profiles monitors the status of school health education, physical education, school health policies related HIV infection/AIDS, tobacco use prevention and nutrition, asthma management activities, and family and community involvement in school health.  Georgia Department of Public Health will conduct the survey biennially at the middle and high school  levels.  Principals and lead health educators at sampled schools are responsible for filling out the surveys.
