Hopaco - OfficeMax located at 3145 Oihana Street in Lihue also accepts all brands of ink and toner cartridges for recycling.
All brands accepted, no quantity limits and it
doesn't matter where you purchased your items. Hours
are Mon. - Fri. 7:30 am to 5 pm and Sat. 8 am to 3

Ink and Toner cartridges when empty are sent for re-manufacture,
the cartridges are disassembled and inspected. Worn components are replaced,
and the cartridges are reassembled, filled, and inspected just as they were when
first manufactured.
Printer cartridge recycling saves the re-manufacturer money
because only the components subject to wear and tear get replaced with new
parts; the main body of the cartridge can be reused multiple times.
Cartridges are accepted at Puhi Metals only if they are in the printer when dropped off for recycling.
