The Paid Fantasy Sports Division is responsible for administering and regulating paid fantasy sports in Indiana.  This division and these activities were established by Senate Enrolled Act 339-2016 and are contained within Indiana Code § 4-33-24.

The IGC will thoughtfully develop an application and regulatory framework over the coming months, likely through the summer of 2017.

The IGC is committed to making this process fair and transparent and to create a common sense regulatory framework that includes appropriate consumer protections and allows contestants to participate in paid fantasy sports in a lawful and safe manner.

Relevant information, including the anticipated timeline of implementation, is provided below.  It is recommended that interested parties subscribe to email updates through our website in order to remain apprised of new information as it becomes available.
