Client Experience Center

Frank Chad Hoeppel is the current Acting Associate Chief Information Officer for the new Client Experience Center, heading the End-User Consolidation Initiative for the US Department of Agriculture. Mr. Hoeppel has spent the last 20 years in a variety of information technology positions in the Federal and Commercial arenas.

Frank has provided technical, project management and executive support to innumerable projects for the Department of Agriculture since joining the Federal service in May of 2009, including several Division Director roles and as the first Customer Relationship Manager for USDA’s Office of the CIO.

In the private sector, Frank supported the House of Representatives, the Federal Aviation Administration, Hershey Foods, Harley Davidson and Snyder’s of Hanover in systems administration, training, and service development roles.

Frank is also a US Army veteran, having served two tours of duty with the 3d Armored Cavalry Regiment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom as a Cavalry Scout and SUAV Operator.
