Never Used Adobe Connect?
If you have never used Adobe Connect before, simply access the webinar URL in any browser (Chrome, Mozilla, Internet Explorer, etc.) that has Adobe Flash Player. Adobe Flash Player is nearly universal on all computers. The minimum version required to attend an E-Verify webinar is Adobe Flash Player 10.3. Prior to any webinar, please test your Adobe Connect connectivity. You will not be required to download the Adobe Connect Add-In to join an E-Verify webinar.
Adobe Connect webinars can be heard both over the phone and through a computer’s speakers:
- Phone: Dial-out (receive a call from the meeting), or dial–in to the audio conference via phone; or
- Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP): This will allow you to listen through your computer speakers.
