Selective Service's FOIA Page provides basic instructions on obtaining information through the FOIA. How to Submit a FOIA Request:

When submitting a written FOIA request to Selective Service, requesters should state the request is being made under the Freedom of Information Act, the request should be as specific as possible in identifying requested records, and the requesters should include their name, address, and telephone number.

NOTE:  You can expect to receive a response to your FOIA request in 20 business days once the request has been received by our FOIA Office.
